My parents used Zack Hammond for their HVAC needs since 2002, when they were the only company I could get out to help when the air conditioning went off the day that my parents were moving in. Our downstairs AC unit had its coils freeze up. The tech was polite, gracious and thoroughly explained what was wrong (bad filters in an electronic air filter unit). Suggested reasonably priced replacements. Annual maintenance plan was at a good price. I chose this company for their stellar reviews on Google; happy to report they were well deserved. Very friendly folks answering the phone too. Really pleased.

I contacted them because my refrigerator stopped cooling and they came out quickly and fixed the issue within the hour. Lucky for me I didnt need any new parts and it was a frozen inside flap from the freezer.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish with Zack Hammonds A/C. It started with Dalyn listening and assessing our needs. It was nothing like what we experienced with other companies. He just gave us the best deal without any haggling. Great representation of a great company and product. The installers Michael, Billy, and Avery were top notch. Prompt, efficient, and respectful of our home. The job was completed as promised and as quoted. Not to mention our home is now comfortably heated and cooled as it should have been when it was built.
