A flat rate pricing system allows us to provide you with a firm quote for the cost of a heating/cooling system repair following diagnosis.

Because we charge by the job, you never pay an exaggerated hourly rate or for run-around time for parts and other materials. To help reduce your inconvenience, we stock our trucks with a variety of tools and parts, and train our technicians to do the job efficiently and correctly.

• Up-Front Pricing - After diagnosis, the technician will discuss what repairs are needed and give you a total repair cost from his pricing guide. The technician will not begin any repair without your approval.
• No Hidden Fees - Repair costs given with the flat rate system include all parts and labor. No additional taxes or fees are added to the bill at the time of payment.
